Due to recently found bug in billing - some of withdraw requests we not saved. If you recently requested money withdraw and still havent got your money please do following:

1. Check your billing report
2. If your withdraw request is not there (status can be pending) please create another one.
3. Normally you should receive your money within 1-2 business days. If it takes longer and your request is stuck in "Pending" plz contact support@videolla.com
